Can I update or change my account registration details?

Your ability to modify account details depends on your verification status. Here's what you need to know:

1. Go to your Profile tab

2. Complete identity verification using either:

- Your NIN (National Identification Number)

- Your BVN (Bank Verification Number)

3. During this process, we'll automatically update your profile details in our database to match your official KYC document.

- Profile details cannot be changed after successful verification

- This includes First/Last name, Date of birth and your KYC document used for verification.

- For verification assistance: Contact our support team via our email channel at sup@squads.game or our in-app chat.

Note: We cannot override verified details due to regulations.
