1. Your bank account shows your full legal name, but your Squads name is misspelled due to your KYC document.
2. Your Squads account was verified with a different name.

How to Resolve the Issue
1. Confirm Your Verified Squads Name Based on Your KYC Document
2. Check the Name on Your Bank Account
Ensure the name displayed by your bank is the same as your verified Squads name.
Even small differences, extra initials, apostrophe, or missing letters, can cause a mismatch.
3. Update Your Squads Name (If Needed)
If your Squads name is incorrect or incomplete, contact Support with:
A clear photo of your valid ID (NIN or BVN details)
Your correct legal name
A request to update your profile name
A recent receipt of a deposit you made into Squads with your full name arrangement
