Follow these steps to withdraw funds from your account. Ensure you've completed verification first!
Step 1: Verify Your Identity (If Not Done)
Before withdrawing, you must complete identity verification:
1. Go to your Profile tab.
2. Verify using either your NIN (National Identification Number) or BVN (Bank Verification Number).
Kindly note that withdrawals are unavailable until verification is complete. This is because withdrawals can only be done to an account with the same name as the name on the KYC document you submitted for verification.
Step 2: Withdraw Funds (Verified Users Only)
Once verified:
1. Navigate to "Wallets" → Tap "Withdraw".
2. Enter your bank account details:
- Account number
- Bank name
3. Optional: Check "Save these details" to use this account for future withdrawals.
4. Confirm the transaction.
Processing Time
- Withdrawals are typically processed instantly or within an hour.
- Funds will reflect in your bank account shortly after.
