Payouts are typically processed at least 4 hours after the last pick in your entry has played. This is done to allow official stats to be confirmed and updated. This ensures accuracy and fairness for all users. Stats are taken strictly on verified match data provided by our trusted source, Opta.
Please note that Squads relies solely on data provided by Opta, our official stats provider. As outlined in our Terms of Service and reiterated in our FAQs, all entries are settled based on Opta’s data. No screen records or external stats will be accepted when you dispute the entry result.
Occasionally, stats providers will make official stat corrections after a game has been completed. If the official stats are corrected within 30 minutes after the game ends, entries will be re-graded to reflect the updated stats.
However, if the official stats are corrected 30 minutes following the conclusion of the game, and after lineups and entries have been settled, and already disbursed to users, this does not qualify as mistakes on our part, the initial stats and entry grading will stand. All lineups will be settled based on the statistics provided by our official scoring and stats partners recorded within 60 minutes to 4 hours following the end of a match and entry settlements.
Note: Squads is not responsible for any inaccuracies originating from stats providers. However, if clear and verifiable corrections were issued by Opta before payout, we would apply them retroactively as appropriate.
