Troubleshooting Deposit Issues

Don’t worry – most delays are temporary. Here’s what to check first:

Common Reasons & Fixes:

1. Processing Time

• Bank transfers/cards can take a few minutes to get confirmed.

• Check your wallet activity on Squads first.

2. Transaction "Pending"

• Deposits often show as "Pending" before deposit.

• Kindly reach out to your bank for further help.

3. Incorrect Details

• You have deposited into the wrong bank details. Funds may be lost.

• Triple-check recipient info before sending.

4. Duplicate Deposit

• You have deposited into a previously generated account.

• Kindly generate a new account for each deposit.

5. Inputted Deposit Differs From Actual Deposit

• You have deposited less than the amount you inputted on the app.

Still Delayed?

Contact Support Immediately with the following:

          - Your email address;

          - The session ID (A 30-digits that will help track the deposit) and ;

          - The receipt of the payment.
