The Rewind bonus is designed as a reward system to appreciate consistent and eligible gameplay, not a guaranteed cashback system. If you have not received your Rewind bonus, there are several important conditions that may explain why.
If your entry falls outside these requirements, it will not qualify for the bonus.
To be eligible for Rewind, your entry must meet all of the following:
Contain at least 3 valid picks
Have no more than one lost game
Include no voided selections
Be placed using your main wallet balance only
Entries must be created during the weekends.
Entries created using bonus/promo funds (including Rewind balance or other rewards) are not eligible.
Common Reasons You Didn’t Receive Rewind
Here are the most frequent reasons users miss out on their Rewind bonus:
Your entry had less than 3 picks
You had more than one losing selection
Your entry included a tied or voided pick
You used bonus funds or Rewind balance to place the entry
You played flex entries, which are excluded
You did not maintain weekly activity (missing a week resets eligibility)
You had picks in your entry that played Sunday midnight.
NOTE: If your entry is settled around midnight between Sunday and Monday, it falls into a new week’s cycle. In this case, your Rewind bonus will be processed the following week, not the immediate Monday.

Rewind bonus cannot be used to play Fleep
Rewind bonuses must be claimed manually each new week
Missing your claim window which is usually between Monday to Sunday midnight will result in losing the reward for that cycle
