We’d like to provide clarity on how our withdrawal process works to ensure you have a smooth experience.
To explain further:
1. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn immediately.
2. Users are required to spend the total deposited amount on entries.
For example:
If you deposit ₦10,000 and use ₦3,000 to participate in an entry, you’ll be able to withdraw any winnings from that entry. However, the remaining ₦7,000 from your deposit will not be withdrawable until it has also been used to participate in additional entries.
What of refunds from Voids Entry? Do they add to withdraw-able balance?
No, they do not. When an entry is voided, it results in a refund of your entry amount. While we understand that this may feel like a win, unfortunately, a voided entry does not meet this criterion. Hence, your refunded amount remains in your wallet and not the withdrawable balance.
What of Promo Balances? Do they add to withdraw-able balance?
No, they do not. Your promo balance can only be used to create entries and play Fleep. You cannot withdraw it. However, funds from won entries can be withdrawn.
What of Rewind Bonus? Do they add to withdraw-able balance?
No, they do not. Your Rewind balance can only be used to create entries and cannot be used in playing Fleep. You cannot withdraw it. However, funds from won entries can be withdrawn.

- Deposited funds can only be withdrawn after they have been fully used to participate in entries.
